Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

Appointments & Deposits

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments
Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of deposit

Consultation Forms

All clients must complete a consultation form prior to treatment
Forms must be accurate and kept up to date
Treatments cannot be carried out without a completed consultation

Patch Testing

Patch tests must be carried out in my beauty space
Patch tests from other salons are not accepted
Patch tests must be up to date before relevant treatments

Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation

Guests
Only one client is permitted per appointment
Exceptions apply for support needs and must be arranged 48 hours in advance

Women-Only Policy

This is a women-only salon and safe space

I have the right to refuse a client or support person at any time

Location

The salon is based at my home address
Full address details are provided upon booking
A general location will be shared beforehand

One parking space is available
